Prepare for Registration: Each person who would like to register must have an account in the ESC Region XIII E-campus registration system. Be prepared to enter payment method information (i.e. credit card details or purchase order number). A valid method of payment must be entered in order for your registration to be completed, this includes a valid purchase order. Please make purchase orders payable to ESC Region XIII.

Block Registration: One person can block register more than one person, however, each person must have an account in the ESC Region XIII E-campus registration system. Need help to Block Register call our Staff Development at 512-919-5219.

Registration Confirmation: A registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail to each participant once registration is complete. Usually the confirmation e-mail is sent immediately following registration completion.

Refunds/Cancellation/No Shows: Registration must be canceled 5 calendar days prior to the start of the conference to receive a refund/avoid charges. Cancellations must be made via the ESC Region XIII system or e-mail directly to Monica Paz.

Registration Substitution: Substitution will be honored for those wishing to be replaced by another representative from their campus/district. Written requests for substitutions must be received 5 days prior to the start of the conference or on-site.

REGISTER IN 6 EASY STEPS
1. Visit www.esc13.net.
2. Click the link to the E-Campus Online Workshop Catalog.
3. If you do not have an account follow the instructions below.
4. Once logged in with your account information, click the link to the Catalog.
5. Enter Workshop ID in the field labeled Workshop ID/Title. Click on Search.
6. Choose a session.

HOW TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT IN E-CAMPUS
(You do not need to do this if you already have an account in ecampus.)
1. Visit www.esc13.net.
2. Click the link to the E-Campus Online Workshop Catalog.
3. Click Set up a new account.
4. Fill in all required information (*). For the Assignment field, the option labeled Instructional Staff means the same as teacher.
5. Fill in all the required information (*) for Username and Password. The password reminder is
to help you if you forget your password. Then click Next.
6. Review all information and then click Finish. Use your browser’s Back button if you need to
change any information.
7. You have completed the registration process for E-Campus.
